Resolution for SonicOS 6.5

This release includes significant user interface changes and many new features that are different from the SonicOS six.2 and earlier firmware. The below resolution is for customers using SonicOS 6.5 firmware.

The resolution for this issue is to use correct Domain (Case Sensitive) in NetExtender as configured in device. User can also modify domain as per their need.

In Gen 5 -SonicOS (five.9 & above)
  • Login to your SonicWall direction page.
  • Navigate to Manage | SSL VPN | Server Settings, user can run into their domain ( LocalDomain ) in User Domain under SSLVPN Server Settings.
  • User can modify their domain here based on their requirement.
  • Click theAcceptpush in pinnacle of the page to save the changes.

Resolution for SonicOS half dozen.two and Below

The below resolution is for customers using SonicOS 6.2 and earlier firmware. For firewalls that are generation 6 and newer nosotros suggest to upgrade to the latest general release of SonicOS 6.5 firmware.
